Takeover 9943W has shaken things up and we feel lucky to have been able to be the original owner to have found him. We purchased Takeover in the Ludvigson sale in 2011 and used him cleanup on heifers. Last year 13 sons averaged $6962 and really found the top of the offering. Lot 2’s dam sold to cooperator Jordan Rhodes. We are starting the sale this year with the progeny of two females that were offered through our female production sale. We know every females doesn’t work out like these, but we have offered some pretty great opportunities in these offerings. The gnomically enhanced data on Takeout puts him in some pretty exclusive company with 9 traits in the top 25% or better.
