This Epic son was born light, and really hit the ground running. Lot 3 was a standout all summer and was both Gene Rouse and Dan’s (Gene’s Herdsman) favorite bull all summer. He has a tremendous EPD spread with balanced maternal and carcass traits. His dam is currently a donor for Rouses and is out of the same cowline as lot 2. The Flower 7732 was a power house and a cow we obviously should have flushed but we are fortunate to have smart cooperators who recognized the value of these cowlines and kept them in the system. Flower T21 has average progeny ratios of: BWR 5@95, WWR 5@103, YWR 4@102, Marbling ratio of 4@104, REA ratio 4@102. Epitome A33/A577 has 9 traits in the top 25% of the breed and is going to be a real leader.
